EMAIL PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

We are seeking an Email Production Specialist with a proven track record in email design and production.  The Email Production Specialist designs, formats, and tests emails in HTML and text using Dreamweaver and the Clicktactics email platform.  The Email Production Specialist is responsible for the production and development of all emails. 

 

MAJOR RESPONSILBILITIES

? Produce HTML and text emails per specified market segmentations.

? Prepare all appropriate artwork as needed for individual campaigns.

? Coordinate all email requests, including scheduling, proofing and corrections.

? Prepare emails for broadcast, including link coding and segmentation.

? Participate in the development of theme / product selection for campaigns.

? Work with multiple departments to implement email brand strategy and acquire sign-off to ensure proper focus and quality of each campaign.

? Ensures that the email campaigns adhere to brand standards and guidelines.

? Ensure utilization of best practices and understand industry concepts such as permission based marketing, privacy, spam regulation (CAN/SPAM) and deliverability.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

? Bachelor?s Degree ? Marketing, Business, Design, Liberal Arts.

? 1-3 years experience with HTML and email production / marketing.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

? Professional proficiency using Dreamweaver.

? Strong knowledge of Photoshop.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Strong organizational skills.

? Ability to handle multiple products and deadlines simultaneously.

? Ability to understand marketing data as it pertains to each email campaign.

? Team focus - willing to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

? Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with multiple departments
