Employee Communications Manager

The Employee Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications that support the company?s strategy and key initiatives. In addition, this person is responsible for defining and documenting the required processes, vehicles and reporting mechanisms necessary to monitor and measure the success of internal communications efforts. Strong writing and assessment skills are critical.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports internal corporate communications, developing strategies to support the company?s business objectives.


- Manages, prioritizes and develops internal communications in various formats including electronic documents, intranet content and internal presentations


- Partners with corporate group leaders to create programs and communications tools in support of company strategies


- Serves as the internal communications consultant for business unit communicators in providing assistance in planning online, print and in-person communication strategies.


- Gains input from cross-functional business partners to develop and measure the success of initiatives and programs to ensure communication vehicles are appropriate and content is clear, actionable and effective.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Bachelor?s degree in communications, marketing, or business administration along with 5 -7 years of relevant experience. Proven ability to create and implement a comprehensive internal communications program to support corporate and business objectives


- Outstanding creative, oral and written communication skills


- Strong leadership skills


- Proven success with electronic communications


- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
