Responsibilities:
Implement, Manage and Maintain the Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids Succession Plan. Be instrumental in the compilation and delivery of Succession Plans for the Regions and Support Functions.
Provide Leadership development planning and implementation.
Manage the identification and development of "High Potential " Employees
ProgramManager forthe Leadership Excellence and Development program(L.E.A.D, formerly EDP), working in conjunction with Corporate and other division.
Represent Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids on the L.E.A.D. council.
From the technical and non technical training offerings, develop Career Ladders and Training Plans for all job functions, in line with the L.E.A.D philosophy.
Manage and ensure that all non technical training needs are met. Set up training programs as required. Develop and coordinate policies, procedures and standards to insure consistency, accuracy and efficiency in management practices. Recommend streamlining of management processes and procedural improvement to increase operation efficiency, interface with corporate programs, interface with organizational development programs and interface with employees development services.
Manage Employee Development - coach and mentor individuals through the Career Development Plan process.
Be the divisions focal point and Program Manager for the Cornerstone programs.
Responsibilities to include the Organizational Development of Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids.
Represent Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids on the Global Learning Advisory Council (GLAC)
Communicate the strategy for Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids employee and organizational development programs
Handle special projects, as assigned.
