End User Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Media and Analyst Relations, the End User Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing Marketing programs and initiatives to drive increased market adoption of eCopy products.

 

Responsibilities:Plans, manages, and executes Marketing programs that include case studies, Best Practices awards, end customer newsletters and a speakers? bureau.Establishes and manages end user customer Marketing relationships with the goal of establishing and maintaining participation in eCopy marketing programs.Works with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Web Design, Public Relations, Regional Sales Management, Freelance Writers, and other members of the eCopy team to create, implement, evaluate and refine relevant Marketing programs.Recognize end user customers? critical business issues/opportunities and document how eCopy solutions help to successfully address the situation.Interacts with individuals at all levels within eCopy and at end user organizations -- from the purchasing department to C-level executives.Develops plans that provide a comprehensive road map for relevant programs.

 

Requirements:   

? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or related field.

? 5 plus years of marketing experience.

? 3 plus years of experience planning and leading marketing programs at technology companies, or marketing agencies serving technology companies.

? Must bring an exceptional combination of business and technology understanding to the position.

? Experience building and maintaining relationships with Information Technology managers/executives and Line of Business managers/executives that purchase software products is highly desirable.

? Experience working for technology companies selling through resellers or office equipment dealers is highly desirable.

? Experience building customer newsletter circulation is desirable.

? Possess a high level of personal and professional integrity.

? Self starter with a demonstrated track record of initiative and an ?all hands on deck? attitude.

? Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.

? Excellent written and oral communications skills.
