Engineering Manager

 

 

Position:  Engineering Manager

Licensed Electrical and/or Mechanical

Salary DOE  plus stock Options

 

We are currently looking for a detailed, organized, aggressive individual, with good business sense to lead our engineering and design department. Candidate should show capabilities that must include good verbal communication skills, good writing skills and an understanding of a scope of a project and manpower requirements. Our firm has been in existence approximately 18 years and currently has 35 team members in two offices in California. Our project mix consists of residential, multi-family, and commercial.

Qualifications:

?  Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, PE Required

?  Minimum of 5 years experience with an Electrical or HVAC consultant or design/Build Contractor

?  Excellent familiarity with Building Codes

 

  Our testing department currently inspects and tests over 176 subdivisions averaging 450 lots per month. We produce up to 3 subdivisions for energy calculations per day. Our design department?s client roster includes DR Horton, Centex Homes, Pulte Homes, Standard Pacific etc. One of the keys to our success is a very aggressive Marketing & Sales Department that relentlessly seeks out new clients, and supplies unmatched support to existing clients.

Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Marketing or Business 5 years experience in direct sales Knowledge of Residential Construction

Position: Auto Cad Designer- Engineer

Salary: DOE

 

  Successful candidate must self motivated with attention to details. Must be able to work with demanding General contractors and understand timelines. Must have excellent communication skills with a strong math background.

Qualifications2 year Community college degree or equivalent 2 years experience in drafting and using AutoCAD Familiar with AutoCAD?s ABS Component System Residential Construction experience
