Job Description: Executive Assistant/Advertising

Sean Tracey Associates, a small, growing, highly creative and award-winning integrated advertising agency specializing in TV commercials is seeking an Executive Assistant.
The successful candidate will be working directly with the owner/creative director as ?Right Hand Person?, managing and running the office, interacting with clients, preparing proposals, documents, and presentations, and helping manage the creation and production of print, DM, radio and television advertising.

? Very well-organized and detail-oriented
? Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to divide and conquer, handling multiple projects simultaneously
? Strong interpersonal and client relation skills
? Personable phone presence
? Working knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting procedures

Job Requirements

? 2 or more years in an advertising agency or advertiser?s marketing department
? Experience with office procedures and management
? Mac OSX and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency a must
? PowerPoint, Keynote, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro and/or HTML a plus
? Ability to work alone with little supervision in small office environment
? Desire to take on responsibility for individual growth and company?s success
? Experience in Financial and/or Healthcare advertising sectors a plus
? Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humor
