We?re looking for an Executive Director of Client Services to lead our account management, operations, planning and media teams. This position is responsible for overseeing our client relationships ? managing account managers, supporting them with strategic input and helping them grow existing business through the development of integrated marketing strategies and ROI measures for each account. The Executive Director of Client Services will also develop best practice standard operating procedures, oversee day-to-day agency performance and take a lead role in new business initiatives. You will collaborate with the Agency Principals and the Executive Creative Director to maintain continued momentum as the Agency of Choice for emerging and leading global health care companies.
Requirements
Candidate must have proven team management and development skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities and thrive in both structured and unstructured situations. Prefer 10-12 years? agency management experience; medical or high technology industries a plus.
