Executive Director of Project Management - Interactive

We are looking an intelligent, self-starting Executive Director of Production who is diligent and detail-oriented. This is a high-profile position that works directly with practically every department in the company.

Required skills:

? Prior interactive agency experience, preferably as a Director or Assistant Director of Production or Senior Producer /Project Manager
? Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish


Responsibilities:

? Lead Project Managers in client relationships, paying particular attention to budgets, tracking and managing strategy, resource planning and billing
? Setting the tone of internal work process
? Establishing and maintaining standards for management and reporting of project plans and budgets
? Managing key Project Management team
? Working closely with the Account team in writing Statements of Work and Proposals
? Quality controlling of deliverables

Salary commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, the position qualifies for generous year-end bonus. Other benefits include 401(k), medical, dental, short-and-long term disability.
