Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years related work experience
- Degree in technical/creative field preferred
- Proven understanding of overall business flow
- Proven knowledge of all core and related applications
- Proven understanding of how customer expectations drive business results
- Proven ability to think creatively within project development
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to independently initiate and lead all phases of a project
- Superior communications skills - verbal and written
- Superior organizational skills
