FRANCHISE QUALIFICATION SPECIALIST
In this position we will look to you to:
? screen all applications from the Franchise Sales Managers and District Managers.
? be the Primary focus as the conduit between Sales and Credit to streamline the application approval process.
? make the first welcoming telephone greeting call to all new leads that have requested franchise information.
? follow up on all completed Applications that are approved but have not started as a Matco franchisee.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor?s Degree (must)
? Demonstrated sales and marketing skills
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Zero tolerance for errors
? Can see opportunities in problems
? Ability to lead
? Tenacity and Flexibility to ?Do What It Takes?
? Multi-task with quality and accuracy in a high multi-priority environment
? Exhibits confidence and professionalism in actions and voice
? Strong PC skills
? Ability for limited travel to sales meetings
