Field Marketing Manager

Field Marketing Manager  

Radius Solutions, a leader in enterprise solutions for the printing and packaging markets, is seeking an experienced Field Marketing professional to manage regional marketing initiatives.  This is a fast-paced, newly created position requiring a professional who can think strategically, and assume hands-on execution of programs and projects, with a view to helping the company meet aggressive growth targets over the coming years.

 

The person in this position will have a successful track record in managing vendor relationships, working through global cross functional teams, and managing direct and indirect resources to accomplish key marketing objectives in support of business goals.

 

This is a new and evolving role in the organization, requiring a flexible, versatile and adaptable marketing professional who thrives on variety and who enjoys managing multiple projects concurrently.

 

Key day-to day responsibilities:

 Participate in the development of regional marketing plan in support of business objectives, including gathering and analyzing marketing data to determine program plans and advertising and media needs.

Manage the regional marketing budget

 Execute lead generation programs in support of revenue objectives including but not limited to: direct mail, webinars, telemarketing and email tactics

 Plan and manage logistics of events including; trade shows, annual conferences and meetings.  Manage the Radius exhibit/booth properties

 Develop internal and external communications with key audiences including newsletters, webinars, press releases, bi-lined articles, and other ongoing communications

 Update the Radius Solutions website as needed

 Develop sales materials including; product collateral, corporate collateral, white papers, sales sheets and internal positioning documents

 Coordinate sales training programs and materials as needed for new product releases and new sales employee orientations/trainings

 Manage and administer the Radius Solutions customer and prospect database in Salesforce.com. 

 Develop regular reporting of leads, prospects, conversion rates and other key marketing and sales statistics for presentations to key stakeholders in the corporation

 Work with customers on key initiatives such as user conferences, case studies, and references in support of the sales cycle at Radius Solutions

 Generate and execute on new ideas for programs and activities to help Radius Solutions continue to grow and expand in its served markets

 

 

Key requirements: Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing or related disciplinePrefer minimum of 4 to 5 years business-to-business marketing with experience in technology/software marketing and/or vertical marketingEnergetic marketing professional with leadership abilityStrong presentation skillsPolished professional who is comfortable interfacing with internal and external senior management/C-level professionalsSales ability and negotiation skillsStrong written and verbal communications skillsAbility to think creatively and analyticallyOrganized individual who can successfully manage several projects concurrently
