Field Office Manager - start your own office!

International, well-established commuting company is seeking candidates for a Field Office Manager to start a new, one-person office in Gulfport, MS.

This position will open up and run an office where you will work with local employers and employees to promote and implement a commuter transportation vanpooling program. The successful candidate will be BOTH analytical and creative - as comfortable updating a database or processing applications as developing and giving employer or employee presentations. He/she must be an outgoing, enthusiastic, self-starter, possess strong interpersonal and oral presentation skills and be proficient in writing clear and professional documents.

? develop employer and employee contacts
? conduct marketing outreach presentations and meetings with executive management and employees of client companies
? build relationships with public agencies
? service new customers and oversee the vanpool fleet

Position is also accountable for the financial and operational performance of the Project Office to positively influence bottom line results. Manager oversees all decisions and ensures the actions always reflect positively on the Company?s image and customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will possess the following skills/knowledge and experience:
* Bachelor?s degree, with a major in a business discipline preferred
* Two or more years of previous management experience in a sales, marketing or customer service environment
* Previous fiscal/revenue responsibility
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and public speaking experience
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Transportation industry knowledge preferred
