Financial-Account Director-In-house ad agency

Reputable Financial Services Firm in Northern New Jersey seeks Advertising Agency Account Professional.

 

Reporting to the VP of Client Services within the firm?s in house agency the Account Director will be responsible for leading a team, client relationships and project management for both the domestic and corporate creative advertising efforts.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

?  Develop and implement national consumer and business-to-business advertising campaigns and collateral programs. 

?   Help identify communications needs and strategies for business products services and goals..

?  Works with Creative, Media and Traffic teams to ensure that advertising is on strategy, on budget, and on time.

?  Directs all aspects of servicing an account from strategic thinking to day-to-day work activities. 

?  Develops and coaches advertising managers.

?  Partner with internal business managers

?  Supervision of up to three team members

?  Work with image products and business to business products.

Qualifications:

 

MUST HAVE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE WITHIN A FINANCIAL SERVICES ADVERTISING AGENCY OR ADVERTISING AGENCY AND FINANCIAL CORPORATION EXPERIENCE.

 

?  Ability to manage teams, with high integrity, diplomacy and consensus techniques

?  Seeking leadership capability and an individual who can lead and rally a team

?  Excellent client relations and project management skills

?  Major brand experience developing successful ad campaigns across a range of consumer and institutional categories is desirables

?  Strong Print and Broadcast Background and Internet and Alternative Media background

?  Combination of consumer and business to business experience.

?  Seeking great deal of advertising experience and heavy client relations experience.

?  5+ years? experience.
