Flash Designers

Flash Designers wanted: All levels for mid- to long-term onsite projects

(potential for conversion to fulltime).

Must have a Web portfolio that demonstrates ability to conceptualize, design and code Flash/Web components and complete projects for branded online user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with team of Web Developers, Creative Directors and Project Managers to produce high quality concepts and Flash-based designs within established brand guidelines.

Design HTML/Flash websites, banner ads, rich media, emails, etc.

Produce Flash-based elements for multiple, ongoing projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years experience designing websites and online advertising (Flash and HTML based).

Image optimization for Flash and Web.

Experience developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, etc.

Experience with Flash ActionScript and timeline animation.

Advertising agency experience a plus.

Strong attention to detail.

Exception team participation skills.

Bow hunting skills.
