  Cox Target Media/ Valpak ®  is building a completely new manufacturing facility to support its anticipated growth over the next 10 to 20 years.  The new facility will showcase some of the world?s most advanced systems in printing, collation, packaging, warehouse, material movement, and mail distribution.  Located on a 20-acre site along the west side of I-275, between Gandy Blvd. and Roosevelt Blvd. in the Gateway area of St. Petersburg (mid-Pinellas County), the 470,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space ? about 10 acres under one roof ? will be one the largest building footprints in the Tampa Bay area.

We have an exiting opportunity for a Franchise Development Consultant who will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support to franchise network in planning, building, expanding and developing local franchise office sales and operations management.

 

You must have strong presentation, written and oral communication skills, as well as strong persuasion skills.  Analytical and problem-solving skills also needed, with the ability to work in dynamic environment with deadlines.

 

Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field with a minimum of 7 years experience in sales management, general management, franchise field support or related experience.  Alternatively a minimum of 10 years experience in sales management, general management, franchise field support or related experience.  50% travel required.
