Franchise Marketing Manager

Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc., located in the beautiful Fox Theatre in downtown Detroit, is looking for a dynamic marketing professional as Franchise Marketing Manager.

 

As a Franchise Marketing Manager you will develop, coordinate and oversee all marketing and advertising activities for assigned franchise owners/licensees within specific region.  Provides ongoing Corporate direction and marketing counsel to franchise owners/licensees, local advertising co-ops, affiliated ad agencies and print distribution sources.  Focuses efforts towards building sales, customer counts and market share.

 

Bachelors degree with an emphasis in marketing and/or advertising or equivalent work experience may be considered. Four years proven experience developing and executing local store and regional marketing plans. The ability to analytically/statistically evaluate print, broadcast, Local Store Marketing effectiveness, overall sales and competitive trends.  Knowledge and understanding of vertically integrated marketing philosophies. Must have excellent presentations skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  The ability to work evenings and weekends and in the store as required and directed. The ability to travel up to 40% of the time
