Full-Time Web Copywriter / Researcher

achooallergy.com is the web's definitive source of allergy relief information and products. Headquartered in Chamblee, GA, we are in our sixth year of operations and growing rapidly. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

? Researching, acquiring, and marketing new products.
? Writing articles for our monthly e-newsletter, online learning center, allergy relief blog, print material, and more.
? Writing press releases and executing public relations campaigns.
? Creating keyword-rich content for effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

We are looking for:

? A talented writer, fast learner, hard worker, and team player.
? Exceptional grammatical, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
? A strong understanding of web usability and a demonstrated ability to effectively write for web audiences.
? A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as using the Internet to conduct online research. Basic HTML is a plus.
? BS/BA in Advertising, English, Journalism, or related field from an accredited institution. Experience in health or science writing is a plus.
? The ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage large workloads and re-prioritize as needed in a deadline-oriented environment.
? The ability to handle the unique pressures and demands of working in a small team atmosphere.
? Intelligence, foresight, patience, perseverance, and a good sense of humor.
? Consistency of message and terminology across all mediums.

Job location is Chamblee, GA

Compensation: $28,000 - $30,000 + benefits + retirement plan + bonus incentives
