General Sales Manager TV/Radio

Quincy Broadcasting Company seeks an experienced General Sales Manager for WGEM (NBC), CGEM (Fox) and the Tri States CW in Quincy, IL. 

 

The GSM will directly handle all national and political business and be responsible for the daily activities of the local sales staff.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous television sales management experience with proven results in growing local and national revenue, strategic pricing, budget planning, inventory management and staff development.  Candidate must display leadership and motivational skills, be computer literate, have the ability to maintain professional standards and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

 

A four year college degree and/or equivalent experience is required.  Must have and maintain a valid driver?s license and acceptable driving record.
