This position is responsible for the planning, analysis and development of the global media strategy. Directly reporting to the Head of Global Media, this person will be the backbone of the global media group. Must work with regions in developing their media plans as well as with the media agency in creating efficiencies.

1. Assist in development of Global Media Strategy

2. Guide Markets as they build their regional media plans.

3. Manage media agency and ensure best practices between Reebok and Adidas.

4. Management of Global Media Extranet

5. Manage all post research studies to determine and benchmark ROI and report back to mgmt.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree

Experience: 8-10 years, media planning and strategy on a global business either at an agency or on client-side, preferably in youth marketing.

Skills:
- Strong communicator
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to lead and secure global buy-in on strategies
- Self-starter
