Global Project/Production Manager

We have the following opportunity as a Global Project/Production Manager in our Global Marketing Department.  The responsiblities for this role include but are not limited to:

 Manage the work flow/creative work-starters for the departmentPrepare cost estimates and maintain a budget for all projects.Work as a liaison with internal creative group and outside production resources for all advertising and collateral materialsMaintain b2b site by making all creative work available to the global marketing groups.Act as the point person with product marketing and internal creative group for trade catalog development.QA testing of the site and any new functionalityCoordinate the branding site with other countriesEvaluate and recommend resource management for e-Group.Manage and update domain name registrations.

 

The minimum qualifications are:Managing large projects through life cycle (from discovery to completion) Understanding of global corporate structure (departments, regions, subsidiaries, etc) Experience in basic QA concepts Good communication, budget management and written skillsAble to work in a fast paced highly creative group 3-5 years prior experience. Prior work experience in an advertising or web agency is preferred. 4 year degree at an accredited college or university
