The AdWords Associate will join Google's world-class Advertising Operations team and should be extremely proactive, efficient, and responsible.

As an AdWords Associate, your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with existing advertisers in a specified business vertical. You'll assist with the technical sales and support of Google's targeted advertising solutions to help drive business revenue growth across a variety of verticals and regions.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers.
Manage client advertising accounts by responding to inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
Proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems.
Build strong relationships with customers and educate them on new product features.
Work collaboratively with your team to improve account performance for new and existing vertical customers.
Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to maximize client campaign results.
Optimize keyword lists and ads in order to maximize advertisers' ROI.
Leverage all available resources including Optimization, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Support.
Identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
Serve as a senior resource for the Advertising Operations team.

Requirements:

BA/BS or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years account management or client service experience required.
Detail oriented; ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven record of successful process management and relationship development with large clients.
Experience in specific vertical or strong Internet advertising experience preferred.
Strong computer applications skills.
