Job Description:
This position will function as a Creative Services Graphic Design Associate to meet client advertising/marketing needs. Projects include, but are not limited to: credit card design, direct mail solicitation, sales promotion, email advertising, print advertising, collateral (brochures, newsletter, posters, etc.), forms, inserts and presentation materials.



The Associate will be responsible for presenting work, including objectives, strategy and creative executions, under the direction of a Project Manager or Design Manager. In addition, this position will be occasionally be required to lead projects of reasonable size and scope. This position will need to multi-task, develop innovative solutions and programs, and manage multiple design projects at once, all in a professional, respectful and collaborative manner.


SKILLS
Required:
Requirements include: Associate or Bachelor?s Degree in communication, graphic design, advertising, marketing, along with 2-6 years experience in advertising or marketing communications at an ad agency, design firm or advertising/corporate communication department or internship. This includes a sizable amount of time spent designing advertising and marketing communications. Macintosh experience ? InDesign, Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop are required, with Flash and Director a plus. Design capabilities, including the ability to do research and layout/typography are required.
