Position Description:

Royal Paper Products is seeking a Graphic Designer/ Marketing Coordinator for its operations in Caln Township, Pa. This individual will act as our in-house graphic designer and project manager responsible for a number of ongoing projects including a redesign of an existing product packaging scheme, and the design/production of marketing materials including catalog, flyers, brochures, marketing summaries, and newsletters.

 

Applicants should have experience creating and implementing content for marketing related materials, with an emphasis on print production/layout.  Web design and experience is a strong plus.

 

He/She will work closely with both sales and upper management.

 

Position Requirements:5-7 years experience in collateral, catalog and packaging designHigh skill level in conceptual layout, color schemes, and current trendsCreativity, High attention to detail and strong work ethic a must.Excellent design sensibilities as well as conceptual and strategic abilities are required.Project management Skills, Time management Skills, Communication Skills (verbal and written) Degree in Graphic Design/Graphic Arts Candidates should be capable of managing multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast paced working environmentWeb design/development capabilities are a plusPortfolio showcase of previous work

 

Knowledge:

Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Quark, and Microsoft Office.

 

Experience:

Candidates must have 5-7 of graphic design experience

Marketing background and/or prior close and direct involvement with marketing departments

Network administration experience is a plus

Web design/programming experience is a plus
