We have an immediate and rare opportunity for the right candidate that will partner in the direction and creative design of custom publishing, consumer product packaging, direct mail, magazine layout and print advertising. We are looking for a dynamic creative graphic design professional that is detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated team player to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll communicate and present design concepts and produce presentation materials in conjunction with the Los Angeles team that effectively communicates our concepts. This position holds a great deal of responsibility and accountability. This position is located in Sherman Oaks, CA. No relocation available

 

Qualifications:

 

Proficiency on MAC in Quark 5 or above & the latest versions of Illustrator and Photoshop. In design optional

A Minimum of 3 years work experience in print production with an agency, consumer brand or magazine.

Working knowledge of dream weaver, html and other web applications preferred

2-4 year college degree

Working Knowledge of Web design

 

Must have good communication skills and email savvy.

 

Exceptional ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, concept ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development and layout and is supported by a great portfolio creative art and graphic design.

 

Demonstrated ability to apply design skills in innovative ways that elevate product excellence.

 

Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism.

 

Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes.
