Group Marketing Manager 11227

Job Description: Manage and coordinate the transition from traditional collateral to customized print-on-demand marketing materials, serving as the link between the data and creative execution affecting all client touch points that support the Meetings & Convention segment at Walt Disney World Resort. Additional responsibilities include brand project management and tactical execution of creative concepts as well as data entry, tracking and reporting in a CRM-driven environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent

Minimum 3-5 years in a brand, marketing and/or CRM environment

Proven Project Management experience

Proven advanced Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills

Demonstrated strong partnering and presentation skills

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven analysis and reporting skills

Demonstrated ability to manage the creative process through execution

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven marketing experience on a national level and/or within a sales-based organization

Proven background/understanding of meetings/conventions or a related B2B environment

Proven cursory understanding of SAS and SQL

Proven familiarity with Print-On-Demand concepts and execution

Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
