HRIS Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst for our HRIS Practice. The primary focus of this position is ongoing support and configuration of third party applications for our clients. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. In addition, the HRIS Analyst may assist on projects across practice areas as time permits.

In order to qualify for the position, you must have your Bachelor?s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. PHR/SPHR certification preferred and three to five years of HRIS, HR generalist or specialist experience, one to two years of project management experience as well as systems implementation experience. With this experience and education should come a strong understanding of HR disciplines, processes and data, including benefit eligibility and enrollment rules, and procedures, excellent understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Access, SQL and PowerPoint are required. It would be a plus if you also had previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects (e.g. full life cycle implementation), experience with report writing tool such as Cognos or Crystal Reports and an integrated HRMS such as Abra, SAP, PeopleSoft, Ultipro or Lawson.
