Human Resources Recruiter

Seeking a qualified individual to deploy the Learning Management System (LMS) for a St. Louis based company. This LMS serves as an interface for E-Learning, Operational Excellence/Six Sigma and HR processes which includes Performance Management, Behavioral-based Interviewing, and Lominger Competencies. This person will function in a leadership role as one of the LMS experts and will be responsible for deployment, continuous rollout, expansion and maintenance of the LMS and all of its functionality. MUST have excellent computer skills with a familiarity LMS and training development, highly organized with excellent project skills. Quick learner, enthusiastic, dependable, reliable and have basic knowledge of IT terminology/systems.
