Responsibilities:

Support sales and marketing through administration of sales leads, advertising and promotional activities.
Support sales people by obtaining and supplying data on machinery. Prepares and submits weekly advertising data.
Download of all emails from IR used equipment website and disseminate leads versus want lists.
Listen and follow up on leads from 800 number boards.
Field sales interface for leads and finding information on products.
Develop Weekly advertising messages with content, pricing and data.
Provide support for all other promotional items.
Support website activities for major launches and changeovers.
Provide lead overflow for contacts when backup occurs
Support VP of Sales and Marketing to develop weekly advertising messages and fast processing of leads and potential sales.

Total compensation includes base salary, an excellent benefits package and expense account.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred, but not required
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes
Solid written and oral communication skills
Very strong interpersonal skills
