The Marketing Communications Specialist plans and execute all marketing communication and promotion strategies in support of business objectives. Assure all tactics are consistent with overall brand and segment positioning.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

-Assist in development and execution of marketing plans and market penetration strategies to support business objectives
-Monitor advertising and promotional expenses and maintain budget accountability
-Drive the creation of advertising and promotion campaigns with the help of advertising agencies and internal creative resources
-Manage the development of all communication media including product brochures, catalogs, press releases, internal bulletins, etc.
-Manage and track promotional campaigns including new product introductions, giveaways & discounts, dealer/sales incentive programs, etc.
-Interface regularly with channel participants to identify and assess sales and merchandising programs
-Assist in the selection and placement of media buys
-Represent business interests in meeting, event and trade show planning

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE STANDARDS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or Business. Three years of marketing or communication experience.
