INTERACTIVE DESIGNER

·   Work closely with web developers, Art Directors, and programmers to produce high quality Flash-based designs.

? Design HTML/Flash, single and multiple page websites, components, banner ads, and ad resizes.

? Design for multiple projects within tight deadlines.

? Maintain Flash and other design elements for a variety of client projects, etc.

 

We are looking for an individual with the following skills:

? 4+ years experience as a full time designer.

? 3+ years working in Macromedia Flash and other motion based design applications

? Expert knowledge of Action Scripting, HTML (WYSIWYG and hand-coding).

? Expert knowledge of Flash file optimization for web and ad media.

? Expert in Photoshop/ImageReady.

? Strong time management skills required.

? Must have the ability to provide multiple designs for multiple projects with varying timelines.

? Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

? Experience designing anything web related from ad banners to multi-page web sites in Flash.

? Knowledge of design history, motion graphics and design in motion thought process.

? Must have a strong understanding of how to create a consistent look and message.

? A deep understanding of color, space, typography, and the formal design process.

? Audio and Video editing skills are a plus.

 

Experience:

? Four years, plus, of online experience, and a minimum of two years of design firm/agency experience.

? Team player, seasoned in working under very tight deadlines.

? Extremely detail oriented  and highly organized.

? Comfortable with Mac environments.
