INTERNET MERCHANDISING MANAGER

Lenox Group Inc. seeks a INTERACTIVE MERCHANDISING MANAGER for Department 56 (in Eden Prairie, MN), a premier designer and manufacturer of giftware and collectibles.

 

Will be responsible for merchandising, promotion and sale of all Lenox/ Department 56 division products to end consumers. Key functions: developing/implementing promotions, analyzing results and using findings to maximize channel sales and revenue; developing/maintaining detailed SKU level forecast and performing analyses of product sell-through and inventory investment; act as manager for merchandise presentations; work with managers to review program initiatives and apply sound judgment to making changes to achieve corporate/division goals.

 

Requires bachelor's degree with business, marketing or economics focus; 5+ years' promotion planning/merchandising, preferable in the collectible or gift industry, and including product forecasting and business math. Proficiency with the Internet and MS-Access and Excel necessary; website design/management a plus. Must aggressively approach competitive/industry trends and opportunities for business growth.
