The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering technology projects and driving day-to-day issue resolution in order meet the technology requirements for multiple concurrent Merkle clients.  Requires 3+ years of broad real-world experience in implementing and managing enterprise class technology solutions.  This is a hands-on position requiring tact, accountability and excellent communication

 

 

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Manage all aspects of an account within Information Technology from pre-sales through development and production.

-Provide strategic and tactical guidance to support a smooth development and deployment effort. 

-Negotiate an agreeable plan with the client team and ensure Information Technology deliverables are on-time, within scope, and of exceptional quality.

-Attend client team meetings, gather requirements, and create general documentation including status reports, to adequately communicate project and client status to Information Technology stakeholders

-Organize cross-department activities ensuring the completion and overall client satisfaction.

-Own change management, procurement, systems integration and Tier 3 issue management including root cause analysis for all assigned accounts.

-Maintain a general understanding of all support issues related to assigned accounts in order to best manage client expectations and satisfaction.

-Ensure smooth hand-off of account to the Technical Operations Production Team.

-Provide capacity planning recommendations and general consultive advice on how to best apply emerging and advanced technologies to assigned accounts.

-Research, evaluate, recommend and potentially implement new products, services and equipment to best support current and future account needs

-Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance related to client accounts as required.

-Identify, document and proliferate department best practices.

-Handle special department projects as assigned.

-Provide limited on-call and after-hours support as required.

-Ensures timely delivery of product.

-Ensures that quality checks on all finished work are being conducted.

-Relates all requirements to internal clients.

-Handle procurement of software and hardware to meet client project requirements.

 

-Requires 3+ years real-world experience implementing and managing enterprise technology projects ideally in a multi-site, 24/7 environment. 

-High School Diploma (minimum)

-Extensive experience in an Active Directory centered Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 server environment

-Experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Project.

-Working knowledge of hardware procurement desired.
