Initiative Lead

The role will focus on SOA and BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT, covering SWG along with IGS and STG. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the global SOA marketing team that is responsible for defining, articulating, planning, leading, and evangelizing the marketing strategies for SOA at IBM. Responsibilities: Understanding of Business Process Mgmt. Ability to define and implement an effective marketing strategy to increase offering demand. Implementation of this strategy will occur through such activities as driving awareness/lead generation campaigns, internal/external collaterals, website content, product demonstration packages, webinars, and support of external events; Establish close working relationship with initiative leads. Work hand-in-hand with sales organizations/program execution teams; coordinate with the global marketing team Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical or equivalent. Understanding SOA & Business Process Management; Ability to execute an effective marketing strategy; Cross-IBM Leadership; Effective communications; Creativity and problem-solving abilities; Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels.
