Zoomerang is part of the MarketTools family, a leading provider of technology and advisory services for conducting web-based market research.   Job ResponsibilitiesActively sell Zoomerang subscriptions to reach monthly targetsSell additional products/services, such as survey programmingProactively ?cold call? and ?warm call? past, current, and new clients to generate business Qualify and close leads generated by marketing programs Respond to a wide range of in-bound customer questionsDevelop detailed knowledge of our family of productsDeliver product demonstrations Ensure 100% customer satisfaction

 Skills/Requirements BA/BS required Successful sales track record with 2-4 years of in-house sales experience preferred Strong commitment to achieving targets High self-discipline to drive a large volume of incoming and outgoing call activity Exceptional organizational and closing skills Excellent interpersonal and client interaction skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy; must possess good writing skills and calm, professional telephone presence Ability to multi-task; comfortable working in a fast paced environment and committed to meeting deadlines Great attitude, energy and enthusiasm are critical Market research experience a plus
