What it is:

RMG Connect, a division of JWT, is seeking an Interactive Developer to work closely with other disciplines and translate visual designs into accessible, flexible web solutions.

What you do:

. Produce clean, semantic markup that can be easily modified by other team members.
. Develop elegant web solutions that perform appropriately and degrade gracefully in multiple browsers, platforms, and media types.
. Utilize a standards-compliant development approach: separating structure, presentation, and behavior whenever possible.
. Provide timeline estimates for the development phase of upcoming projects.
. Review information architecture and creative designs for feasibility; advise other disciplines of obstacles and negotiate solutions within project scope, timeline, and budget.
. Adapt visual designs into dynamic websites and website templates.

What you need:

. 3+ years web development experience.
. Advanced knowledge of XHTML, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Photoshop.
. Strong attention to detail; ability to unit test work for technical and visual excellence.
. Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple projects within tight timeframes.
. Experience with Content Management Systems and Web Accessibility Guidelines/Section508 strongly preferred.
. Knowledge of Flash, ActionScript, XML, or XSLT a plus.
