Interactive Media Planner/Buyer

Zimmerman Advertising is the largest agency in the southeastern United States. We are known for our "brandtailing" philosophy - the science of enhancing brand image while pushing next day sales for our clients.

 

We are expanding our Regional Nissan Division and are looking for Interactive Media superstars to join this high profile team! 

 

The following position will be based in our Irving, Texas office.

 

 

Job Accountability:

Responsible for plan development and implementation of I-Media Plans for Nissan?s Regional Marketing Group.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

1. Plan Development: The I-Media Planner/Buyer is responsible for day-to-day I-media planning and projects.  The I-Media Planner works closely with the I-Supervisor Interactive to develop media strategies and tactics.  Responsible to build I-Media Plan Recommendations, POVs and projects.

2. Plan Implementation:  The Media Planner/Buyer will negotiate, buy and steward all approved Interactive Media efforts and manage all duties related?budget-tracking and reporting, client estimates, etc.

3. Coordination:  The Media Planner is responsible for accurate and timely coordination with Zimmerman FTL HQ Account Group, Zimmerman Media Team,  Zimmerman Account Team (when applicable), and Nissan National and Regional Clients.

4. Training:  Responsible to participate in I-industry Ad Leagues/Seminars/Training.  In turn, responsible to provide regular and ongoing I-training to Agency Media Team and Nissan Clients.

 

 

Meeting / Travel Requirements:

?  The Planner may be required to travel to meet with Nissan National and/or Regional clients along with coordination meetings with partner agencies and/or to attend training.
