Interactive Producer w/ Experience - Youth Marketing Agency

Agency Overview

Entrepreneurial independently owned marketing agency with focus on developing comprehensive marketing programs for products and services targeted to the youth market. The firm?s core expertise resides in promotional programming including partnership/strategic alliances, event creation and management and web site development. Clients? brands include Trident, Dentyne, STRIDE Gum, Swedish Fish, Boost Mobile, Banana Boat and Kellogg cereals. The agency is located in Westchester County, New York (40 min. north of NYC).

 

Interactive Producer

As Interactive Producer, you will be the key agency representative for interactive projects. This includes holding a leadership role with the Clients? promotion group and marketing group for interactive projects. You will be responsible for keeping internal and external resources well-organized and for assuring the delivery of a high-quality product to the Client that's on time and on budget.

 

Your responsibilities include:

?  Ensuring project delivery on time, on budget, in process and with a high degree of quality and excellence

?  Managing the development and production of interactive media projects

?  Overseeing outside resources including negotiating rates

?  Finding and pioneering innovative creative and production methods

?  Finding solutions to technical challenges and bringing those solutions in on time and on budget

?  Discovering talented resources and partners, and drawing on their skills

 

What you will need:

?  An exceptional understanding and dedication to the interactive medium on personal and professional levels

?  Minimum of 4 years' prior experience in an interactive, advertising or marketing agency environment

?  An entrepreneurial spirit and a highly driven and self-motivated personality

?  Extensive knowledge of PC and Macintosh operating systems

?  Extensive knowledge of online services and the Web

?  Experience with online promotional campaigns, including cross-carrier SMS

?  Strong Client Service skills

?  Strong leadership skills

?  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

?  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

?  Ability to estimate and track a project realistically

?  Ability to designate tasks and responsibilities to inside and outside resources and keep them on schedule

?  Personal capabilities to develop, script and test HTML and management experience in building/programming Websites (provide lists of URLs worked on and involvement)

?  Knowledge of multiple authoring environments for all interactive platforms

?  Creative and technical understanding and opinions of what works and what doesn't
