Interactive Product Managers ? All Levels

 

nFusion is looking for full time Interactive Business Managers at all levels of experience to manage and support the development and production of our Interactive Technology Solutions. These are dynamic, evolving roles. Ideal senior-level candidates will be capable of both managing a project and be the key technical contributor to each project's completion. Mid-level candidates will possess knowledge of core interactive technologies and technical development processes, possess solid communication skills (written and verbal), and have a hunger for responsibility and learning.  All candidates must be confident self-starters, team players, innovative problem solvers and able to manage multiple projects at once. Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills. Must be effective communicating with both technical development team members, as well as non-technical resources and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, and a hunger for responsibility and learning. Timing is immediate.

 

Responsibilities and Requirements: Interactive Product Managers

? Manage execution of Interactive Projects

? Lead, manage, and implement new websites for our clients

? Develop client microsites

? Continue to develop and manage client Traffic Programs

? Provide HTML development in support of email campaigns

? Perform HTML content updates to client sites

? Standardize production processes and optimize operations

? Develop strategies to increase our clients' success through Interactive Program Development.

? Information Architecture/ Design

? Project Management

? Client relationship management (managing expectations, client communications, both written and verbal)

? Javascript &/or JSP experience

Pluses:

? Commerce site management experience

? An ability to develop Interactive Business Development strategies and think 'out of the box'.

 

Responsibilities and Requirements: Assistant Interactive Product Managers

? Assist in communication between client and agency regarding creative jobs and project requirements, and any related issues that may arise

? Collaborate with agency teams to help create, manage and execute project plans from end-to-end.

? Own weekly job status report to the company for specific clients.

? Own coordination of regular site changes and updates.

? Work closely with Interactive Product Managers, account management, creative, production and development team members to track and manage resources to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met.

? Create and manage interactive project estimates and schedules associated with all client jobs.

? Maintain working files/job jackets on all projects.

? Identify, communicate and propose resolution of issues to appropriate managers.

? Provide input and communicate expectations to staff regarding time and budget expenditures per project.

? 1-2 years experience with building interactive technologies and user experience analysis/recommendations.

 

Required Experience: All Levels

? Bachelors degree required

? Proficient with standard office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

? Ability to create, maintain and drive a weekly production schedule.

? Ability to work as part of a team, share ideas; offer and accept constructive reviews.

? Leadership skills, including the ability to tackle project objectives on schedule and under budget, interpreting issues before they become problems and resolving unanticipated project issues effectively and independently.

? Must be assertive, highly motivated and have strong leadership, project-management and communications skills

? Self-motivated with the ability to manage many projects simultaneously and work effectively within a fast-paced environment

? QA Experience

? Knowledge of HTML Development

? Knowledge of Javascript and/or JSP experience

? Agency Experience a Plus
