Interactive Project Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Manage complex/large-scale projects involving online deliverables

? Translate client solution into detailed project plan and functional specifications for delivery channels, which include Development, Employer Branding, Media/Research, Email Marketing, Educational Marketing and Employee Communications. 

? Develop asset list and collect client information for team

? Utilize Microsoft Project to manage multiple timelines and resources

? Facilitate communication among team members ? internally and with the client ? via regular team meetings and project website

? Oversee entire team to ensure on- or off-line project is delivered on time and within budget

? Identify change in project scope and ensuring that re-estimates are obtained, signed and approvals are made

? Troubleshoot challenges that arise during the process and develop action plans to address potential problems

? Work with Producer to ensure the project remains true to original strategy

? Initiate client billing process

 

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

? Identify best practices and new technologies to help streamline the process

? Responsible for profitability analysis

? Manage internal project site

? Keep abreast of the latest happenings in the recruitment and interactive industries

? Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor?s degree from accredited four year college or university

? 3-5 years? experience in Internet/website development.  Must include experience managing complex projects.

? Internet advertising and product advertising a plus

? Experience managing on- and off-line development initiatives

? Excellent interpersonal skills

? Working knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Project

? Facilitation, program management, and organization skills

Ability to prioritize, multitask, manage complex workload and handle pressure
