The Interactive Strategist (Contributor), works with other team members and is responsible for executing specific aspects/workstreams with strategic consulting projects and web development efforts under the supervision of a manager or director. As the Interactive Strategist, he/she works with other strategists/analysts and client team members to develop strategy for clients. The strategist knows how to develop complex strategies that touch on many parts of a client's business and draw on Organic's core disciplines.

Bachelor's Degree in business or analytical field, plus 1-2 years relevant industry experience: Management Consulting, Research Analyst, or client-side strategy consulting experience preferred

The ability to think in a logical and concise manner

Passion for Interactive Media, strategy, marketing or specific relevant industries

Strong organizational and 'multi-tasking' skills

Knows how to manage own time and tasks effectively.

Able to thrive in a "non-traditional", entrepreneurial environment.

Team-oriented individual

Personable; very poised

Expertise in creating client presentations (MS PowerPoint), developing industry documents/overviews (MS Word), gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and performing basic analysis (MS Excel)

Availability and willingness to travel

Responsibilities Include:

Follow issues surfaced by team

Structure own area of investigation with supervision

Gather useful data with supervisory guidance

Complete 'core analyses' with appropriate coaching

Synthesize a few 'so whats' from analysis

Formulate and puts forth own thoughts to team; brings appropriate support

Use time efficiently to complete end products; ask for timely help or direction

Work with client team members/support staff to get end products accomplished

Deliver portions of prepared presentations

Answer questions well; discuss own work in team meetings

Conduct structured interviews/surveys

Structure 'fact packs'; write clear messages on text pages

Project mature, professional demeanor in team/client situations
