POSITION #1

Title: Advertising Associate

Type: Direct Hire

Rate: Please include salary history when applying

Location: El Segundo, CA

 

This position handles the day-to-day relationship with the advertising agency/media buying agencies to develop and implement the brand. Responsibilities also include ensuring the brand is aligned with the regional strategies, campaigns achieve the desired ROI, monitoring competitive activity, and leveraging joint venture relationships.

 

Qualifications:

- 5 years advertising and/or marketing communications experience, client side a plus

- Extensive experience with all media types both offline and online

- Experience in developing and implementing integrated advertising/marketing campaigns

- Airline, tourism or travel industry experience is a plus but not required

 

POSITION #2

Title: Public Relations & Sponsorship Associate

Type: Direct Hire

Location: El Segundo, CA

 

This position handles the day-to-day relationship with the public relations agency to ensure that the airline is positively and accurately represented in the media.  Responsibilities also include developing relationships with key media contacts, driving incremental editorial coverage, increasing exposure through events, tracking competitive activity, liaising with the Canadian marketing group and developing annual communication plans.

 

Qualifications

- At least five years of professional experience in media relations, public relations and/or sponsorships, client side a plus

- Familiarity with an extensive list of media and media types

- In-depth knowledge of media and press relations, including conventional and online media

- Extensive network of national and regional media contacts, including consumer, business and travel industry media, preferred

- Experience in integrating public relations/sponsorship into overall marketing mix, preferred

- Airline, tourism or travel industry experience is a plus but not required

 

POSITION #3

Title: Online Marketing Associate

Type: Direct Hire

Location: El Segundo, CA

 

Qualifications

-  Mandatory: Two to four years' experience in online marketing; direct marketing expertise; strong analytical and process skills

-  Preferred: Online media/website creation and management and knowledge of digital design production and HTML coding a plus (this is not a creative position)

 

Responsibilities:

- Direct Marketing Database management. Responsible for managing the strategy, development and implementation of the region's e-mail marketing initiatives using the in-house customer database. 

- Media Management of message development, SEO, email marketing, utilise third-party ad serving system to deploy and track online ad campaigns. Optimization Ability to optimize online marketing campaign effectiveness, and deliver a competitive online consumer and trade message and presence

- Loyalty Oversee all eDM and loyalty program communications with responsibly for the implementation of direct to consumer online marketing campaign activity.

- Analysis Campaign tracking and reporting. Measure and report ROI on all online initiatives.
