Position Description:

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implementation new products to achieve our growth targets within acceptable risk parameters
* Drive new product concepts and product line expansions through the approval process working cross-functionally
* Participate in industry events to continue to develop and sell the MI value proposition to lenders and investors.
* Work closely with customers to introduce MI into new markets and help them drive volume ("customer activation"). Develop and execute lender-training programs to increase volume.
* Develop value proposition and sales support materials.

Basic Candidate Qualifications:
* College degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years product or marketing experience including 3+ Years mortgage experience.
* 6+ marketing or sales experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
* Strong business acumen, judgment, and maturity with the ability to sell ideas to a variety of internal & external audiences
* Proven research, planning and analytical skills.
* Ability to travel internationally up to 50%, as required.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to understand and operate in new and diverse markets.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
* 5+ years global Mortgage Insurance experience including opening new countries, developing value propositions and helping to establish new products.
* Global experience developing new products in new countries
