Internet Manager - Coach Japan

As an Internet Manager, you will manage the day-to-day/monthly maintenance and updates of the Coach Japan web site and you will assist with US projects. You will also maintain film release, film scan and shot lists; gather information to write all product copy; and work with the copywriter to prepare all web site/email copy for the translator. Additional responsibilities include: ordering, gathering then returning product samples for photography; processing and filing invoices; maintaining creative files/binders; working closely with a Web Designer and providing all creative information needed; coordinating the posting of the international virtual catalog; assisting in the creative production of emails; and scheduling photographers and stylists for photo shoots.

Candidates must possess a Bachelors degree plus 5 years of related project management Internet experience. Excellent computer proficiency including Word, Excel and Internet is imperative. The ability to develop and foster superior vendor relations, interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels, make prudent decisions under pressure and multi-task projects with equal priority is essential. Applicants must be creative problem solvers with excellent attention to detail, superior communication, customer service, follow-up, strategic thinking and business acumen skills. Knowledge of Japanese language/culture is preferred.
