Internet Marketing Solutions Manager

The Internet Solutions Manger is often the primary contact as well as the project team leader on key Internet Marketing Operations projects, which requires the ability to effectively balance longer-term strategic issues with day-to-day tactical project issues. As the team leader, the manager ensures that standards are being maintained and the team has the appropriate skill sets needed to deliver specified solutions. The manager must work well in a fast-paced environment and function effectively managing multiple projects, deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter that takes initiative and can come up to speed. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong team player with the ability to assemble and lead cross-divisional teams; utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to excel and maintain a sense of humor is an intense dynamic environment; and work well with varying levels of management.


? Primary project lead for key Internet Marketing initiatives that require coordination between other business and marketing departments
? Work closely with corporate, property and division stakeholders to develop and implement online solutions that are in alignment with overall goals and drive profitability of online channel.
? Lead Internet Operations web design team, providing creative direction and overall
oWork allocation, training, and problem resolution;
oEvaluating performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions
oMotivating team to achieve peak productivity and performance
oConducting content and creative project meetings
? Communicate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and projects are completed on time and within allotted budget parameters.
? Work with external vendors and suppliers
? Manage company's online creative and operational needs, while ensuring that brand standards are maintained
? Establishes and maintains on-line creative policies, based on overall brand standards
? Initiates contacts, and negotiates, develops, and manages a range of technical and creative projects.

? Bachelor?s degree in business management or a computer science-related field
? 5+ years experience in project management for internet site development; knowledge of project management software tools and management techniques.
? Hands-on experience with the day-to-day management of multiple software development projects, vendor management and frequent product releases.
? Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing large-scale project implementations and concurrent projects from start to finish.
? Ability to develop, implement and enforce policy across operations and manage complicated projects from conception through implementation and post-implementation phases.
? Proven ability to lead, manage, and grow teams
? Must be able to operate in both Macintosh and Windows Operating Systems.
? Must understand and stay current with the capabilities of Internet-related technologies like: CSS, HTML, DHTML, ASP and JavaScript.
? Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software
? Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
? Knowledgeable in Macromedia Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat
? Understanding of HTML and the requirements that HTML places upon design and/or production.
? Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects
? Able to work effectively with partners to deliver an overall solution
? Strong project management skills and experience, including:
-Leadership, teambuilding, and team management
-Budget/schedule development and management/oversight
-Resource management and forecasting
-Task and delivery management
-Risk identification and management
