Internet Product Design Manager

The Internet Product Design Manager will be responsible for taking the lead role in high-level design of the Prospera? service. Prospera?, launched in late 2005, is a unique online service that integrates strategy with practical tools, enabling HR Professionals to improve the way they manage people and contribute value to the organization. Prospera? shows, step-by-step, how to execute more than three dozen Human Resource programs that ensure employee success.

The role of the Internet Product Design Manager is to focus on the content and processes as well as information architecture, navigation and defining high level functionality. This individual will oversee the development and integration of new content for Prospera? and will be involved in long-range planning and management of the service. Additional responsibilities include making recommendations for content and functionality to be added for future releases and conducting customer research related to developing new features and improving usability. The Internet Product Manager will also play a large role in leading mulit-functional teams, but will not have any direct reports.

 

We are seeking a high energy professional with 5+ years experience in product design or management experience, including 2+ years experience designing Internet based products or services. This position will not involve any direct web development or programming. A Bachelors degree is also required.
