Project Coordinator

LevelTen, one of Dallas' fastest growing interactive agency, is seeking a entry level web development project coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual with little agency experience to break into the industry. Project coordinators assist account managers with multiple aspects of project execution including quality assurance, deliverables management, documentation and team management. Candidates must be organized, able to multitask and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.



Responsibilities

Requirements gathering / documentation
Managing tasks, timelines and deliverables
Client and project team communications
Identifying potential problems and resolving issues
Maintaining overall quality control
Project accounting
Proposal development and sales support




Skills
Individuals must have a well rounded background in web related projects.



Requirements:

Strong oral and written communication skills / ability to communicate with clients and staff
Detail oriented and well organized
Ability to multitask

Bonus:

University degree
Project management certifications
Web development skills, e.g. creative design, programming, etc.
Ad agency experience
Understanding of web best practices


Compensation
This is a full time salaried position. Salary will range from $25,000 to $35,000 based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, qualified retirement plan, paid personal days and holidays, a fun and challenging work environment and more.
