RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Set and maintain the agency standards for visual communication in every medium

-Create and produce advertising that rises above the blah blah to make meaningful, emotional connections with people

-Collaborate with writers to produce advertising concepts that are results

-driven and award-winning

-Develop layouts that are simple, exacting, and communicative

-Design and launch web sites/landing pages for our clients; update the company web site on a monthly basis

-Help lead the agency in the development of interactive solutions; share digital media trends and make recommendations for our clients

 -Supervise photo shoots, video/television production, and web programming

-Attend client meetings to gather input and present creative solutions

-Design corporate identity packages, style guidelines, and collateral material

 -Collaborate with production artists to ensure quality control on each project

-Research current advertising trends and award-winning advertising campaigns

-Review all work with CD and ACD before it leaves the department

-Seek to continually improve performance through coursework, seminars, workshops, etc

-Initiate opportunities for our agency to rise above the blah blah in everything we do

 -Complete your timesheet everyday

-Be a positive influence within the organization and a positive ambassador for our agency outside the organization

-Work by the Platinum Rule

1-5 years experience

26k-45k depending on experience.
