Junior Account Executive

COMPANY PROFILE & JOB OVERVIEW
We are a small (currently 6 full-time), high-end advertising/graphic design studio looking for a highly organized, full-time Account Coordinator to help us in managing and maintaining our print and online advertising clients. We are looking for a detail oriented individual that ideally has 1-2 years of advertising, marketing or design management related experience.

We are NYC transplants (8 years in the industry) who have recently set up shop in Hammonton, NJ (30 minutes from Philadelphia). We work with such companies as Sony Pictures Classics, Turner Classic Movies, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Virgin Mobile. We focus on high end design and advertising pieces both for the web and print.

This position is particularly focused on helping to organize and coordinate our daily advertising activities with our clients. You will be working closely with the owners of the company on any and all pieces we may have relating to our clients.

JOB TASK REQUIREMENTS
Internal Management: Assisting with internal management of projects including managing file assets, file server organization, creating and managing project schedules, maintaining and creating creative briefs and coordinating internal project meetings.

Daily client communication: Including all day email correspondence, managing incoming client calls and taking notes during conference calls/creative reviews.

File Trafficking: Coordinating and managing the posting of files to the internet and sending of final files to clients, printers and advertisers.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Strong grammar and email writing skills, excellent organization skills, creative eye for proofing/checking work, personality, and an easy going client service style within a fast paced environment.

Candidate must have strong computer skills/competency. 90% of this position involves the computer...must have strong technical skills with the following programs: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Email (we use Entourage).

Must be willing to learn or have understanding/experience using the following programs: Photoshop, InDesign, FTP, and a WYSIWIG Html program like GoLive or Dreamweaver. We are small, so having strong technical abilities or the ability and desire to learn quickly is very necessary.

Passion and interest in Advertising and Marketing. There is definite room for growth in this position and we would like someone that can handle all of the day to day operational duties as well as progress and bring a knowledge and passion for Advertising. This may include knowledge of print processes, the design process, software capabilities and typical advertising/print campaign job/project requirements.

MAC computer user: We are an all Mac shop so candidate must be a Mac user.
