LEARNING COORDINATOR

One way we assist CPAs is by providing high-quality training programs.? As a learning coordinator for the RSM McGladrey Network, your basic responsibilities will include managing training programs which are delivered across the country and via the Internet, developing marketing communications about our educational offerings, and administratively managing training courses.

?Qualifications are a bachelors degree (preferably in education, communications, marketing, or business), the ability to influence and generate sales of professional development programs, the ability to develop professional learning plans, proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, excellent communications skills, strong organizational skills, great work ethic, detail-oriented, ability to work independently, and a commitment to team and client service.? Membership or participation in ASTD is a plus.
