Position Summary:

To increase LENOVO revenue through Softchoice by providing an exceptional level of pre-sales support, creating and executing of creative marketing programs and providing sales management support of LENOVO rebate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain pipeline report, weekly reports and all documentation to support business opportunities and new sales.
Develop and maintain deep relationships at all levels within LENOVO Canada
Provide weekly updates and forecasts on sales trends, projected sales, and any other items that influence sales.
Run periodic sales reports for analysis. Identify opportunities that could increase revenue and provide additional value to the customer.
Optimize up-sell, attach rate, and cross-sell opportunities by monitoring and following up on sales orders and quotes.
Interact and serve as an internal resource for all departments in facilitating the sales process of LENOVO products.
Develop and maintain levels of expertise in LENOVO products, license programs and policies in order to support and service the customers.
Be the point person for the customer and help the sales reps to address any objections that would prevent the sale from closing.
Develop, organize and conduct training on LENOVO products and special pricing programs.
Create and/or disseminate sales tools to increase product awareness and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal sales process. (i.e. ? Cheat sheets, add ? on sales tips, process flowcharts, licensing calculators, etc)
Optimize MDF revenue potential.
Build marketing proposals to maximize MDF contributions.
Co-ordinate and manage executive meetings.
Solicit, manage, and drive rebate sales goals
Primary point of contact for LENOVO PAM
Filter and disseminate pertinent information to sales as required
Represent Softchoice at LENOVO events
Promote alignment of Softchoice and LENOVO sales teams
Escalation contact.


Key Qualifications:

Softchoice Sales experience an asset ? minimum 1 year
Must have support of present manager and be prepared to interview with LENOVO
Strong knowledge of LENOVO hardware products and pricing programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid relationship and understanding of Softchoice internal departments
Highly motivated self- starter.
